I am a qualified Personal Trainer, nutritional adviser and also have a qualification in the psychology of eating. I am currently studying holistic nutrition.
I have a great passion in helping other achieve their goals if that is weight loss or muscle gain, with no diets, no restriction, just teaching them to live a healthy and sustainable life.
