For over 15 years, I have helped and supported adults , children , couples and families to overcome their difficulties, gain self-confidence and flourish.
I give consultations and carry out orientation reviews at my practice in Cannes. I am also a consultant and trainer in the field of personal and professional development.
My approach is global and integrative. That is to say that I take into account all aspects of your life , both body and mind. So I am inspired by different practical and theoretical currents.
I give more and more consultations online and communicate regularly through my articles and social networks . I recently developed 5 online programs in the form of videos and educational materials. They allow a number of problems to be solved in a simple and accessible way. You can also discover my 3 Ebooks which will give you the keys to move forward.
In my personal life , I have known many trials and experienced particularly difficult times. Therefore, I only understand better the people who consult me.
Today, I am fulfilled in my work, married and the happy mother of two children.
