Our new achievement in Blanc-Mesnil is a very frequent project for our company. Client wanted to enlarge an existing bay in the load-bearing clinker wall and consolidate it with a new metal structure . The diagram of the execution was established by our specialist and provided for the technique called ‘the gantry’ . Before laying our structure, we created footings for the future posts and the base for the beam perpendicular to our main structure. Our metal reinforcement consisted of two UPN160 posts fixed to the ground by lag bolts and to the walls by chemical anchors. The HEB180 beam was laid and welded on top. The perpendicular beam in IPNwas assembled with the HEB180 beam by metal angles , welding and bolting.
