Overview
Sara comes from Skane in the south part of Sweden, from a city called Malmo. When she first started travelling in 1998 she came to the South of France where she discovered her passion for cooking. A Cordon Bleu cooking course in England led to a career as a cook on Yachts all over the world. She spent a lot of time in the south Pacific and was based in Sydney for a longer period where she really enjoyed their life style and their way of cooking.
She always tries to challenge her self with new Menus and likes to add a Swedish twist to her cooking. Fresh and local produce is the key to her success.
