If you are selling or renting out a property as either a real estate professional or homeowner, I would be happy to work with you. I don’t operate in a high-speed/high-turnaround way. Each of the shoots is completely custom and I strive to make every location look its absolute best.
I’ll spend time finding the best angles, moving and tweaking furniture, and treating the shoot as if it were going to be published in advertisements or editorial features in magazines. Working with lighting and retouching techniques, I will bring your home to life in a way that the atmosphere is captured and the properties best features are highlighted. And if needed/possible, I use a drone to capture some aerial shots of the property.
The price for a photoshoot is €100 ttc. per hour and the average property takes 3 hours if everything is styled for the photo shoot.
