Psychotherapist and Couples Counsellor

I offer a safe supportive space where you can speak freely to explore what is happening for you without being judged. Counselling can help us move on from painful life situations and past hurts and value ourselves. My office is in Antibes centre. If you are unable to meet me I can work by phone or online.

I have worked extensively in the international community in France with adults, young people and couples offering psychotherapy and counselling.

My experience and training has developed my interest in the following areas of psychotherapy:

*Trauma and stress due to a range of reasons, unsafe childhood or other past experience
*Expressing anger, understanding panic and anxiety

I’m a humanistic therapist and my approach is based on offering clients a safe space where they are free to explore any issues that they are ready to raise. My presence is non-directive and non-judgmental according to the principle that in the process of therapy the client will gradually use their own strength and identity to know and decide their direction. Growth and change become possible by accompanying the client at their pace on their journey into themselves, their past and present.

In my work with couples I focus on understanding each partner so as to unpack relational patterns and change the perception of the other person.

I welcome diversity and have worked with people of varied backgrounds, nationalities, lifestyles, beliefs and age-groups. My therapeutic work in this context has often focused on self-acceptance and difference in relation to intolerance.

My fees are 50e per hour for individuals and 75e for 1h30 with couples
