Yacht insurance: hull and machinery, war, strike and confiscation, third party liability cover and yacht crew insurance. 24/7 accident and medical expenses cover.
Our yacht hull conditions cover damage to your yacht, as well as equipment and accessories, resulting from, amongst others, theft, fire, acts of God, sinking, flooding, grounding, collision or piracy.
We will agree a fixed insurance sum with you, which will be reimbursed in the event of total loss without any deduction for actual cash value, so that you are able to afford an equivalent vessel.
No excess will be charged in the event of total loss, burglary, transport damage, fire, lightning strike, damage to personal effects and many other events, unless otherwise stated in your quote/policy.
Even the most comprehensive hull insurance policies cannot provide cover for all feasible scenarios. These especially include specific risks that arise from political contexts. For several cruising areas, we therefore recommend the complementary war, strike and confiscation insurance.
