Lucy has been teaching yoga full time for 1 year and part-time for 4 years. After her first 200 Hours of initial Ashtanga teacher training in Southern India, Lucy went on to develop her skills and expertise further my immersing herself in a further 500 Hours of training in northern India.
With a passion for learning she then completed 40 Hours Yin Yoga teacher training with Norman Blair in the UK and is now working towards her Yoga Therapy Diploma.
Lucy enjoys the physical and mental benefits of yoga and has used these techniques to overcome anxiety, eating disorders, physical injuries and stress. With the knowledge that every day is another step forward in our journey, Lucy wants to share her knowledge with as many people as possible and help everyone achieve a more balanced lifestyle.
Having experience with a variety of yoga styles, Lucy is able to adapt her classes to suit her students. She specialises in Private Classes aimed at individuals with a wide range of conditions.
Lucy enjoys teaching Group classes just as much and creates her flows to build strength and flexibility focussing deeply on synchronising the breath with the pose. She always ends her classes with a relaxation allowing you to feel relaxed and grounded.
