Overview
Maître Emmanuel MUNDET followed a university course at the Faculty of Law of Montpellier I, obtaining a double master’s degree in corporate law and judicial careers.
While honing his skills in a tax law firm in Nice, he also defended a thesis on the theme “The tax regime of indirect transfers of profits abroad” and obtained the degree of Doctor of Law.
After entering the bar school and obtaining the CAPA, he was sworn in on January 3, 2001 and obtained a specialty in tax law.
Since 2005, he has founded his own firm on a human scale, composed of an assistant secretary and an experienced collaborator.
