CREW Pilates was started in 2015 by ex-yacht crew member Bianca Ljungberg, who wanted to combine her passion for high-end hospitality with functional movement training. A graduate with Body Arts and Science International, Bianca has trained in Prato, Cape Town, Athens and Amsterdam. In July 2017, Bianca and her husband opened The Studio in Antibes, an exclusive wellness centre which offers quality Pilates, yoga, massage and nutrition therapy to the French Riviera. The Studio welcomes clients from around the world.

Crew Pilates is Triple A ! We have been going to Bianca since she started and are thrilled with the entire experience for mind and body. She is extremely knowledgeable and experienced in the practice, attentive to her clients goals and desires, and careful when it comes to any injuries or ailments one may be working around. Her new studio location on Robert Soleau is bright and airy, spacious and well equipped with state-of-the-art equipment. In addition to private sessions, Bianca offers group mat classes that will challenge the fittest of athletes, as well as full-moon evening and early morning outdoor sessions. Anyone, any age, at any level of athleticism should give Crew Pilates a go ! You won’t regret it !!
One of the very best Pilate Studios. We have been going to Bianca since she opened and she runs a world class studio. We do private sessions from her but she also has other instructors who offer group classes. The studio is very close to Port Vauban and beautifully done. Bianca is one of the very best Pilates instructors anywhere in the world. We are Americans and do Pilates in NYC also.
