Overview
It has been over 16 years since I made the move from the UK to the beautiful Var region of Provence with my family and we haven’t looked back! As a cook for whom taste comes above all else, I am lucky to live in a beautiful part of the world with such wonderful opportunities for creating and making excellent quality, fresh food, inspired by the finest and most colourful ingredients grown and produced locally in the valleys and hills of the region. I have been lucky that, purely through recommendations and word-of-mouth, my work has taken me all over Europe, onto private yachts in Monaco and Cannes, to huge and yet intimate weddings. I have worked as a private chef for some fabulous people from politicians to A-list Hollywood stars and Royalty and catered for corporate events on a large scale but I am just as happy popping by to create a simple, birthday lunch or dinner for you and your guests to enjoy. Whatever the occasion, I love working closely with my clients making each event special for them and every dish reflects my love of cooking and the full flavours and colours of Provence and the world beyond. In the content of the site you will see some sample menus but please do contact me if you have any dietary requirements or special requests. I am an experienced Vegetarian and Gluten-Free chef.
