I speak from experience having used diet and alternative therapy to become pregnant twice after a diagnosis of polycystic ovary syndrome, rebalance my body following a diagnosis of Hashimoto´s thyroiditis and currently supporting myself through peri-menopause.
My goal is to educate, motivate and support my clients to take control in optimising their health, regain energy to live the life they desire using INDIVIDUALISED dietary and lifestyle changes. As a registered Nutritional Therapist and Personal Trainer I believe that nurturing the body and mind is essential for living well.
